By downloading, installing, or using Magic Edit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These terms apply to all users of the App, including visitors, registered users, and contributors of content.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

User Content

You retain all rights to photos and images you edit using the App. By using our cloud processing services, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the object removal service.

Important: Photos sent for cloud processing are deleted immediately after processing is complete. We do not store, use, or share your photos for any other purpose.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Create, distribute, or store content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Generate deceptive or misleading content intended to harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage our reputation or goodwill

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Magic Edit and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The AI models, algorithms, and technology powering the App remain our exclusive property. Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of results

AI-powered features may not always produce perfect results. We continuously work to improve our technology but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magic Edit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website.

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
